Shipping policy

STRVE is established within the European Union and all sales are made from our EU-registered entity. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal conditions.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • European Union: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times listed above begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery using our Track My Order page.

Delivery and risk

Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you at the moment you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the goods. If goods are lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us immediately at support@thestrve.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at the time of order, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the customer's expense. We are unable to refund original shipping charges in such cases.

Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels

If you are not available to receive your parcel and it is held at a local depot or collection point, please collect it within the timeframe specified by your local carrier. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed will be treated as a cancellation, and a refund will be issued for the goods only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal conditions, public holidays, or other exceptional circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, please contact us at support@thestrve.com and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. All applicable charges are displayed clearly before you complete your purchase, in accordance with the pre-contractual information requirements of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

Customs and import duties

For international orders, customs and import requirements vary by destination. STRVE handles applicable customs and duties for most regions on your behalf as an IOSS-registered seller. For full details on customs charges by country, please see our International Customs & Imports page.

Product safety

All products sold by STRVE comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), which applies from 13 December 2024. We ensure that all products placed on the EU market meet applicable safety standards. If you believe a product poses a safety risk, please contact us immediately.
