Refund policy

STRVE is established within the European Union. Where you are an EU resident, your statutory consumer rights — including the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU — apply in addition to and override anything in this Refund Policy that may conflict.
30-day money-back guarantee
STRVE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your goods are delivered. We do not require physical return of the goods. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
How to request a refund
To start a refund request:
- Submit your request within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Email support@thestrve.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include a brief reason for your request (not required under your statutory right of withdrawal, but helpful to us).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not require you to physically return the goods to receive your refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Email support@thestrve.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum and applies to all EU customers regardless of reason.
Exceptions
The following categories of goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day money-back guarantee may still apply at our discretion for these items:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
- Goods which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Exchanges
Since we do not require physical return of goods, the simplest way to exchange an item is to request a refund using the process above and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible without waiting for a return to be processed.
Refund processing time
Once your refund is approved, we will process it without undue delay and in any event within 14 days, in accordance with Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
